How to identify a faulty water meter?
  1. The water counter stops moving during the usage period.
  2. The water counter not well functioned during the usage period.
  3. The water counter is broken and damaged. 


What should you do if your water meter is damaged?

  1. Lodge report /complaint to Ranhill SAJ and we will conduct an inspection on the faulty meter. If the meter is damaged, a new unit will be installed for you.
